How do I forward mail to another email address?

Email forwarding is an operation that automatically redirects incoming mail to a different e-mail address.

This article contains information on how to enable email forwarding on the selected email account. You can turn email forwarding to another email address in the Control Panel (logging in as the account administrator) or in the Webmail (login as an email box user).

E-mail forwarding in the Control Panel

1. Log in to the home.pl Control Panel. Check how to log in to the Control Panel.
2. Go to the section: Mail, which is located on the left side of the screen.
   
3. Next to the email inbox, click Options > Redirect.
4. If you do not see the „Mail redirection” option, you are using the latest version of the Customer Panel. The above change is possible after logging in to poczta.home.pl – Webmail.
5. Enter the e-mail address to which you want to forward e-mail. Complete the field E-mail addresses. Select the option Leave a copy of the message so that the forwarded message will not be deleted from the server. Use the Notifications box if you want to receive short text notifications when you receive new mail. Notifications will be sent to the e-mail address indicated in this field.
   
   Example: if you add an external e-mail address in the „Forwarding” field, for example: „mojekonto@poczta2.pl” and the function of leaving a copy on the server will be included, all e-mails sent to the e-mail address in home. pl will be redirected to the e-mail address: „mojekonto@poczta2.pl” and will not be deleted from the server at home.pl!

E-mail forwarding in Webmail

1. Go to: https://poczta.home.pl and log in to your e-mail inbox.

2. Select Settings.
   
   
3. In the E-mail section, click Auto forward. Enter the e-mail address to which you want to forward e-mail and check Keep a copy of the message.
